Our Women's Only classes are a great way to get fit and meet new friends.  We have members of all ages and fitness levels, we encourage and support you to achieve your goals.  From weight loss to toning up, strengthening, building self confidence, we are here to help you achieve your goals.  Whatever they are - we have an amazing family friendly, supportive gym!


Meet the Trainer!

Danni Drury is a full time working Mum of 2 kids aged 8 and 1.

Danni has been in the fitness industry for 22 years.

She has great experience and skills and is happy to assist anyone who is interested in achieving their goals.

Danni has also competed in many kickboxing fights and bikini and fitness comps

I have been going to fite 108 women's only classes since Jan 2018 and have been loving it! Dani & Tim have been so welcoming and extremely helpful when it comes to my hockey injuries, modifying exercises to accommodate them. My mum also joined these classes with me and we have been having a blast together! It is well and truly a family place and for all experience levels. Though i have had boxing training previously, my mum had not. The exercises not only improved my previous techniques and built on my knowledge but taught mum the basics as well! Lovely place to spend my Tuesday nights - would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different than just your boring old gym - somewhere to learn new things, get stronger, learn discipline and above all have fun!
